I am very happy with the service by Australia Wide Removals and Storage. We had a medium size move from Canberra to Melbourne, which occurred with no issues.Sarah (who organised the move) and Moe (who packed up, moved, and delivered our furniture and boxes) were very professional, polite and easy to deal with. We got all our items back on time with nothing missing. They also provided storage in Melbourne, which was great as we were in between houses at that time.Their prices are extremely reasonable and service was great with no fuss. I would definitely recommend them!

Interstate move from Carrum downs of South East Melbourne, to Gold Coast Queensland.Chose Australia wide Removals & storage not because they were the cheapest or the most expensive, their quote came back what I thought was fair, not only that with the right amount of cubic metres to match price and household goods.I found that cheaper quotes from the same list of items we were moving came back at nearly half the cubic metres which I doubted their calculations and saw that as a set up for on pick up extra costs to be charged on the spot.We were quoted 20cubic metres and they filled it perfectly. The removalist did an outstanding neat careful job stacking our belongings like a perfectly played game of Tetris, carefully wrapping each piece as they go and strapping each layer sound and secure.There was a small ding on a wall while moving our fridge which they rectified on the spot which was fantastic.I had requested to move my motorcycle, a roadbike Ninja650. Appon arrival they had said no this is not a motorcycle it's a motorbike that will be an extra 400 due to insurance etc, I didn't understand the difference and did dispute it but did have to pay the difference. A lesson to be very specific on what you are moving to save any confusion on your side and theirs.Communication was great from start to finish from the orgaiser, to the removalists themselves.Pick up and delivery was within ETA.I would highly recommend Australia Wide Removals and storage and will definitely use their services again next move.Couldn't thank them enough, outstanding job team.Thank you again from behalf on myself and my family.Well done kind regards,Guy & Sharnie.

The only one word ‘Great Service’. From the time of booking they will be with you to provide and guide through all the information. Staffs are amazing, friendly and very polite to deal with. Moved the stuffs very carefully and handled very well. I am very happy to use their service and particularly with Sarah’s service. Yes, I have already recommended to my cousin to move her stuffs interstate and she is using it as well. I will love to use their service time and again and Highly recommend to others. Peace of mind.
