Experience was terrible. Receptionist ordered me to wear a mask, I insisted that I am responsible for my own health and safety. I had a call come through, the receptionist then ordered me to get off my phone as it interferes with the machines. Might be time to upgrade the machines, I’ve never been asked to hang up in other practices

Rude staff. I had a very sad news (lost my baby) in my life and had to book in for an appointment. The lady was so so so rude, I didn't need this kind of behaviour in such a situation... Some people should not work in the medical industry.

Been there three times. Positive experience so far. Waiting period is not long, nice waiting area and friendly staff members. Facilities, rooms look neat and new.

Hello there, I have had a few appointments with your radiologist in the past few years and unfortunately each time I am meet with a stone faced clinical mechanical approach with little to no human rapport with the patient. At a guess no one enjoys visiting medical centres for procedures or otherwise but it is nice to be helped by a medical practitioner who treats you like a person and not an object or number.Thank you

Receptionist was so rude that I just walked out. Ignored me when I walked in and proceeded to tell me “one moment” for me to wait 5 minutes whilst she was just on the computer.

I’ve been here multiple times over the last six months and everyone I have encountered from booking the appointment, to the actual exam and follow up have been so kind, professional and just lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Service is very good, I loved everything. Appointment was easy to make by phone and the procedures were made professionally, carefully and politely. And medicare covered everything in my situation.

Have been here a few times but on my most recent visit I was particularly uncomfortable about my visit. The specialist that saw me was Hanny (I hope that is how you spell it?). Hanny provided a fantastic and thorough ultrasound. She was courteous, informative, sensitive and professional. I know you can't choose who scans you but today was definitely a better experience. Thank you so much for what you do and keep up the good work. I also thought I would mention the staff at the front counter were impressive and thorough with their assessment of patients for Covid related matters. These days it is important to maintain the health and safety of all. Well done!
