I've been a customer of Flick for the last 2 years and I find it's easy to deal with them. When they came to my property and started doing their job, they also gave me suggestions of what I should do to prevent pest coming back, and some tips which I could do on my own to protect my property. My last time dealing with Nick was a pleasant. He is a funny and humble gentleman. He showed me what to do to prevent rodents getting into the house and answered all of my concerns. I am extremely happy with him and will definitely stay with Flick for a longer time.

We have been using Flick for the servicing of our hand sanitiser's and toilet deodorisers for approximately six years now and the service is faultless , Madison is the main service person and carries out her duties with care and professionalism . I would highly recommend both the company and Madison in the way they conduct them self's .

Signed up for the monthly payment service for ongoing maintenance. Service wasn’t the best and decided to cancel. When I was told that no more payments would be deducted they deducted another amount. I called again and was informed that it would take 30 days for the refund to be processed. Well now I’ve been told that they won’t be processing the refund as I hadn’t given enough notice. They’ve also now invoiced me for another month. It’s clear that the initial contact people aren’t trained well enough or they tell lies. I haven’t had any issues now with an alternative organisation and they treated areas that Flick weren’t. Flick has been a poor experience on many levels.

This is the second year in a row that we have requested our technician Mohammad Hakim. He is a true gentleman, always on time, polite and very professional. Great service. Would definitely recommend Mohammad and flick. Will be requesting Mohammad again next year.

Stunning how incompetent Flick are. Owners of the place I live were long time customers we have decided to give Flick the flick!We complained of rats during our annual inspection technician went in roof and noted rats. No treatment given, no follow up made. I took it to the area manager who assured would fix things. They sent an incredibly young man who knew all his theory but forgot to put any bait in the boxes! Again no follow up booking made. 3 weeks later the rats are having an absolute rave in the roof, we again have to chase flick. This time they charged us. At least the guy actually put a little bait in the roof. 3rd time no treatment plan made, no follow up bookings from flick. Few months later we are still dealing with an awful rat issue. We call a local technician recommended By a friend, he covers the whole roof in bait and sets follow up visits for 1 month and 6 months to manage the issue.Get your act together Flick. Its unreal how poor your customer service is and how inconsistent the quality of your technicians are considering how much you charge. I would take a hard look at improving staff training.
