Harbour City Veterinary Surgery

Can't thank phil and all the vets and nurses enough for their kindness and speedy treatment of my 5 month old puppy who got hold of rat bait packet. They are always brilliant at Harbour City Vets no matter what you need. ❤️

My wife and I were up visiting family for Christmas and brought our 2 puppies from the Gold coast with us. One of our dogs ended up getting an ear infection Christmas Eve and was in alot of pain. It was after hours when we called and the vet allowed us to bring her down. The vet was very helpful and was very good with animals. After checking her over he prescribed the medication and then wished us on our way and safe travels. Was a great experience especially last minute out of hours. Thanks again.

Dr Phil is the bee's knees so upfront knowable just so relaxed with his care for not only Pippa but the rest of my fur babies keep up the good work .The staff are always welcome to see you and this puts one at ease. Thank you again.

It was easy to book and the vet knew exactly what our dog needed and now he is feeling much better. almost back to normal.

These guys are an amazing vet.Very caring, and always happy to help.I have found them all to be very helpful people no matter what the issue or question maybe..dogs/cats are happy with this vet.10/10

Harbour City Vet have been absolutely amazing throughout our journey with our new pups. The entire team is welcoming and willing to go above and beyond! Absolutely amazing service all round.

Dr Lisa was great with my boy who was having blood in his urine. Knowledgeable on his breed and was very thorough. Explained everything to a great level and was happy to answer my questions and explain why ruling out differential diagnosis.

Had a toad-licking emergency at 8pm on a Sunday night - of course!. Called their office number and went straight through to nurse on duty. She told us to come in right away and vet Phil was already waiting and ready when we arrived with unconscious dog. I can in all honesty say he saved her life. Can not recommend Harbour City enough. Five stars from us!

Terrible experience!. After going in the get my dog vaccinated for $145 the appointment ended up being over $600. Whilst in the room I was offered extra vaccinations and tests that would benefit my dog which I was obviously interested in. So without being told that there would be any sort of any extra costs I ended up gob smacked at the reception when they told me what I owed. Why would you not inform me in the room these would be extra? This is a disgusting way of getting more money out of people and I feel like I was totally taken advantage of. They did absolutely nothing and made it out to be my fault that I should have been more clear on the phone. Do not recommend.
