Soho For Hair

I have never had service like this ever.It was TRULY amazing. Stephanie and Hayley went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed while they worked on my hair.I have never been more happy with the results I got and I will be coming back for sure.Totally recommended to anyone to go and get pampered here.Thanks for the great hair and great beauty works :).

I have had my hair done here twice, they did a good job the first time then the second time I had asked for full head foils, there were so many brassy/orange streaks more than blonde all throughout my hair. My hair is long and thick but I felt the job was slacked and rushed. I didn’t feel to comfortable with it so I have not returned since.

I’m not one to write reviews ever, but I feel this is necessary as I am highly disappointed. I’ve been here twice before and have had a great outcome and experience both times! I received a birthday voucher from the team and the girl was able to book me in with such short notice the next morning as she had the whole morning free. I arrived without my voucher, thinking that they would have it on their system. I was told that they are unable to accept it without presenting the voucher. Mind you, I would’ve appreciated to know that when I booked the appointment, as a courtesy. I then drove home to collect it, however was unable to find it so I called to explain this and to apologetically cancel my appointment. I was not told about a cancellation fee at this point when I rang up and did not think it would apply as I had booked less than 24 hours prior to my appointment. Shortly after, I found the voucher and phoned to reschedule my appointment to have a trim, only to be told that a cancellation fee of $35 has been added to my account. They could only tell me that it was policy so it still applies. I will not be returning unfortunately...

Professional and friendly - I have been a client of Stephanie's at Soho for well over a year now and at all times I have been very happy with the professional services. I was originally referred by a friend who has been a client for a great number of years now. Drop in and the staff will make you welcome, they take the time to speak to you and attend to your needs.

I cannot praise Kym and the girls at Soho For Hair enough. Whenever I goin to have my hair done, everyone is happy, friendly and helpful so I can relax knowing that my hair is getting absolutely the best treatment and cut possible, in fact I enjoy my 2 hours of pampering. I don't know what I would do without them. Thanks to everyone at Soho.Debbie

Love my colour, cut and blow dry. Kym always knows how I like my hair and the staff are super friendly. Love my visits, can’t recommend you highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disheartened. My hair looks so much worse than when i went in there. It looks like ive left the colour to fade for a month its only been 3 days and only washed once today and its faded to a horrible horrible colour. I was also charged $110 over the quoted price. When told i would be advised if the quote changed at all before service even began i was very suprised when i went to pay and it was way over :( i can understand this can happen things go wrong but it wouldve been nice to have been asked before fixing mistakes that were made during the colouring then charging me for it. So disappointed very upset this is not a $460 hair do its a $460 mess :(

Amazing! Jess and the team are a wonderful bunch of hairdressers and very helpful. I went in with tired, dull and dry breaking hair, walked out looking like a new woman with a huge smile on my face. Highly recommend. Thanks so much Jess!
