Welcomed with lovely smile and had neat and tidy space to select the dresses.. we were not rushed and given proper attention. Also the price was very reasonable and they have lovely and elegant designs. Highly recommend

The ambience and lady herself inside the store is so warm and welcoming. Had my earring brought this february . I gave one star less just because my firstvisits went wasted while I was looking pancharatna chura, bit of limited stock, otherwise it's my first and last stop for buying jewelleries while I'm at Rockdale

Went there on 7/2/2022, around 2 to 3 pm to inquire on bridal set. Worst customer service ever, No specific knowledge, no courtesy. I would never buy any product where you have such a front desk staff. Such staff make customer think twice before buying anything from there.

Really worst customer service ever I had. I ordered rani haar more than 1 month before this Dashain festival and she couldn’t finish on time,she just kept extending it. I never gonna buy anything from this shop and will not recommend my family n friends to buy from her. I don’t want to give even a star for this, it was just a lost of my time. I recommend to the owner that, If you can’t do anything then just let know to whom it may concern. Don’t waste other’s time plz. I lost 2months, just for a Rani haar. I had Really bad experience.

Is that even a customer service? Hard to believe it. I know most of the reviews below here are from friends and family raving about how good it is. Trust me this is the worst place to go. Rude, ignorant and Pathetic customer service. I have never wrote a reviews on google until this. Just wasted my month waiting for a ordered ring and whenever it was ready it was different design from what I ordered and had to cancelled the order. Google should add a zero ratings option on feedbacks cause even giving one star feels like too much. Disappointed!
