Unfortunately, I never have a great experience with some staff here. We had our 9 week old puppy with us held by me and then put in a trolley & went to the pet section. Not even 2 minutes in and i was having a grown woman kmart employer (store manager I think) yelling down my throat threatening security infront of my 3 kids and mother inlaw if I didn't leave because My puppy was not allowed in store Yet, a week later I walk in and see a pup in a trolley and staff playing with the cute puppy. I went over to said staff member and mentioned my experience & they responded with an apologised for the rude staff members attitude but also stated there is no rule to say No puppies instore and as long as the pup is held by you or in a trolley its fine. Obviously my case seemed to be very different. I still see to this day, pups in trolleys with no issues.

Great shopping love kmart and house homewards shop has great crafting items their Xmas stuff is awesome. Only problem I wanted to get some tinsel the lady wasn't to impressed as I didn't but it as she didn't have any long enough she was rude throwing her hands in the air. I won't go back why she is there.

Not busy like geelong plaza. Plenty of great shops. Everything you need in one place. You can get your nails done, hair done. Keys cut, two supermarkets. Gift shop. Clothing outlets and much , much more. Trading hours are good. Near by is bunnings for the man of the house can shop. At the same time as you.

Great centre.Enough but not over crowded with repeat shops

I am able to go there for my shopping and medical appointments easily. It is easy to find the shop I am looking for.

Great little shopping centre. Good variety of stores and plenty parking lots.Also, nice sitting areas to just rest up for a while.

Good selection of shops, doctor, bank, post office supermarkets ,very convenient

Kmart and Connors is next to each other. Very conveniently located. Many more outlets and restaurants located inside the mall

Small centre, has most of the shops one needs. Clean and drama free. Have both Coles and Aldi. Plenty of parking on both sides of the plaza. Bunnings and McDonald's share the same carparks.

Clean modern facilities & stores.Easy access from cars.
