If I could give this a zero rating I would. Friday night takeout at 11:40pm. I just went drive thru and I was appalled at the customer service. When I received my order I got the wrong drink, I ordered no ice and I politely asked the worker that I asked for no ice and she so rudely snatched it off her other co worker and aggressively threw it in the bin. Even when she gave me the new one it was so rudely given with an attitude. There were two girls working both with lash extensions and handing out the orders and such rude service I have never experienced. I’ve been coming here regularly for a while and I’m so upset with how I’ve been treated.Maccas train your staff better please.

I go almost every morning for coffee , some weekdays the coffee testes really different ,especially on Tuesday morning , it makes me feel a bit sick after it , but on weekend are good , I hope they train their staffs are they same way .

Appalling service..Sunday morning ordered in store. The service priority was obviously the drive through and Uber orders. leaving in store customers waiting 35 minutes + for the food order and further wait if coffee was part of your order. The excuse given was that they only had one person on the coffee machine. There was no concern at all by any of the staff about the delay even after customers had questioned the wait time and service. Several customers including myself eventually left the store without their orders when the wait had reached 40 min.

The only Macca's in Australia in all my time riding where I've been told I'm not welcome to use the drive-through. If you're going to waste 5mins of my time while i sit in the drivethrough for you to check with a manager, put up bloody signs so I don't drivethrough in the first place.

This is McDonalds @ Blacktown Sportspark. It is a fairly new opening for the McDonalds brand. Good location from most places.The usual food items from maccas, burgers, fries, and drinks. You get the usual tastes and servings from each Micky dees you go to.I did find that while they have promotions, you often find that you can't get the promotion they have advertised on tv. But I have to say that this has improved since the last time I was here.Mc Donalds is quite expensive when buying for a family, but in most cases, they get everything correct.Give them a try. They don't do a bad job. If you like, my review click on the blue hand and let me know you enjoyed it.

Avoid this particular branch. Very bad experience. At least 10 people have been waiting more than an hour for their coffees while their meals have been given. Meals are already cold and their coffees are not ready for an hour like ours.Their touchscreen machine also doesnt print receipt. Management needs to address these issues. the crew people in the kitchen is not even moving fast to do their best to serve many outstanding orders. They dont even deserve the one star .

One of the cleanest Maccers I've seen lately. When I bit into the muffin, it was frozen in the center. Imagine that, biting into what was effectively ice. I took it back and it was microwaved to piping hot.. was told that I had to ask for the muffin to be heated else they give it like this... Have you ever had to buy a muffin and thought for a second that this muffin might be frozen inside?

Not a brain cell between the entire staff asked for a mcfavourites box and got told that isn't a thing then she asked if we wanted the one with nuggets it came up as the mcfavourites box maybe employee people who can read in the Future

I Uber Eats my food and I had a lot of missing items that I ordered, almost costing $15. They didn't even bother to fix my order and the only contact was through Uber Eats to which they refunded me back $5.And how can you serve me hard rock bread for my burger?!They said customer service is important to them yet 1. robbed me of my hardworking money and 2. didn't even bother to do anything about it. It's already bad enough that this pandemic is making us all go broke nowadays but to also pay more for less food is just hurtful.
