Called in after a lovely dinner out for the usual and trusted Gelato…. I’m sooo disappointed. What happened to the cup size?? It has shrunk…..it would serve a toddler perfectly . $11 for the 2 of us with a very small and skimpy serving size… We won’t be going back.. So disappointed!!!

Saw a staff member eating the different ice cream flavours without changing or washing their spoon the whole time. Double dipping customer’s food at its finest Mr Gelato. Remember we pay for this ice cream and would love your staff to be responsible and hygienic if they really want to taste test in front of customers. Expected a business like this to be Covid safe but I guess not. Really hope this doesn’t happen everyday.

Tonight I came to buy a tub of 1L gelato. The young girl told me that they had no 1L containers left. I asked if she could please then place the gelato in two 500mL and charge me the 1L price. She said she could not. She said I’d have to buy 2 x 500mL containers so $19 each. As opposed to $29 for 1L. I asked to speak to someone else who told me that she could not split three flavours in 2 containers. I only wanted two flavours - I said can you just pack one flavour in one 500mL container and the other flavour in the other 500mL container. She said the two 500mL doesn’t equate to 1L so couldn’t do that. I’m disappointed as I regularly come here and because they had run out of containers it became my problem

Great gelato, cakes, crepes, coffee, atmosphere and staff.Old or young, you cannot go wrong with a nice scooped of gelato and coffee.Will come back!
