We've just had the privilege of dealing with this company regarding our air-conditioner not working . We paid an upfront attendance fee of nearly $150, for their agent to arrive. Take a brief look at the control panel and read the error code. Then go out side to take a look at the fan unit and write down to model number. He then asked to have a look in the roof space to see the internal unit, but his ladder was too short and unable to. But that was on cause he didn't really need to see it any way. Long story short we paid that money to have done on tell us face to face that a service of our aircon was going to cost over $3700 for the basic service. Which would be able to diagnose what is wrong with the unit. Good knows what it actually would have cost to fix it. Save yourself the time and effort and don't bother contacting them, cause even if you ask the operator wing tell you how much a service is.

We had an old hot water system where the water tank burst, and was leaking onto the pilot light. We called them on Saturday night and they called within 5 minutes, and made arrangements to come out on the Sunday between 11am-2pm.Arrived at 12:30 and assessed the situation quickly. Advised we would need a new hot water system, and recommended the one that gets secured onto the wall rather than another unit, as it would be better for us in the long run.They got to work immediately, removed the old water heater, and had contractors coming in and out. They started their work at 2:30pm and were finished by 8:50pm.Whilst this wasn't an expense we were prepared for (let's be honest, who is?), they were very professional, kept us updated throughout the process and gave a heads up when each individual contractor was on their way. Overall, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend them again.Bonus is we now have instant hot water and won't have to worry about a pilot light ever again!
