The staff at Omega were 100% welcoming and an absolute lovely bunch to deal with!Both Sam and Luka were gentlemen, and took me through the best client journey I could've asked for.Absolute 10/10 from the OMEGA staff, and I will always choose come back!

I put my 27yo Seamaster in for a full bezel replacement. The job was done on time and way under the estimate. The watch looks fantastic. Great service especially from Joshua. I will be back to purchase a Planet Ocean black dial

I’m a long time Omega customer and will only be using the boutique at Martin Place from now on.From sales to service I’ve never had a negative experience in store and have been treated with respect by everyone.I recently picked my vintage watch from its service in Switzerland and was blown away by the quality of workmanship. The watch I dropped off is a far sight different to the watch I picked up. I was also amazed to receive back all the parts that had been replaced during the service.As always every cent is worth it. I highly recommend the team at Martin Place as they will be able to help you if this is your first foray into prestige watches or if you’re a seasoned collector.You will not be disappointed with any servicing you have done on your timepiece either as they will treat it with the utmost respect and care that it’s deserved.

Found my watch on a walk through the City. I was disappointed to not find the watch at an AD, but Omega had the stock. Made an appointment to visit the store on a Saturday and get the band sized for my son.Our lovely hostess, provided us a full history of the watch, it's ties with landing on the moon, and it's important role in helping Apollo 13 return safely to Earth. With the story telling at an end, my son was presented with his new timepiece.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the store and appreciate the kindness of all the staff and our very knowledgeable hostess, Maggie. Thank you all for sharing in my son's graduation present.

I wish I could give 0 stars. After having my watch serviced recently I’m most disgusted in how they handled the delivery of my watch back to me. After it not being delivered when it was meant to be delivered (stayed home all day to ensure I was home to collect it!) then to find out it was never going to be delivered that day and needed to be delivered on the Monday morning ! However due to no one being home it was being re directed to a family member. It came to 4pm of the day it was out for delivery only for us to chase them to find out where it was.. to my absolute shock I found out my watch was delivered to my home address earlier in the day and was SITTING IN A BOX AT MY FRONT DOOR!!!!!! Keeping in mind I live in a high traffic area with lots of construction happening and robbery as of late! Absolutely disgusted with this service! Have not had any compensation from this! Not only is it an expensive watch it’s a family heirloom which was just sitting out the front of my house!!!!!!!! Poor communication from them since, multiple phone calls and messages left with ZERO returning of the calls !I’m lucky that my neighbour took my watch in however for a high end boutique store you would expect a much higher service and delivery!

I went into Omega on Sunday morning to try on some watches, specifically the no time to die 007 watch. I was introduced to Yuri and she was amazing. She was very attentive, she had a wealth of knowledge and did not mind me trying on multiple watches. I would definitely purchase from her and recommend her.

An excellent large boutique with many in-stock models to see and try on. Other than the really high demand models, there was good stock and selection of time pieces.The space is large and very inviting with many places to sit. Offered a drink and seat on arrival.Upstairs is service centre with watchmakers.All staff very professional and polite. A special callout to Luca who is amazing. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and gave great advice. Bought a few watches and bracelets was adjusted very timely.It was a great experience.Highly recommended.

Bought a brand new two tone seamaster professional 300m two tone and not long after realised that the bezel had a very loose and flimsy feel to it. Took it back Omega, only to be served by lousy customer service attendant who tried his best to convince me that they were all like that and that it was a normal thing with these watches. I took another similar watch out from the display cabinet and spun it as a test run and realised it had a more tight and more robust feel to it. It was at that point that the female manager insisted that it be sent to the service centre to be looked at, noticing that i wasn't pleased with the response I received. The male customer service attendant then started mentioning the possible reasons as to why it may be the way it is, clearly meaning that he knew it had a problem. All in all it got fixed, but please don't take the customer as a fool.
