What a distasteful lady Lois Jones is.We recently bought a house and she was the selling agent.Rude,argumentative,deceitful and all round horrible individual to deal with.Lois made it an extremely frustrating/difficult sale thus making the entire experience draining and exhausting rather than the excitement that should go with buying your first home.I cannot stress enough how horrible this woman is.I would not deal with her at all if you could avoid it and if you can’t then be warned that this “lady” is as false and disingenuous as her photo on her signs ! Stay well clear and if not be warned !

Lois Jones undercut me on a right turn on busy ocean beach road. Right out side her office. She didnt want to wait in line like everyone else. When i called her (as she was in her branded car) she dropped the fake accent and told me she was more important and deserves to cut me off as i am obviously a unimportant person.AVOID

I’ve dealt with many property managers who have been less than pleasant to deal with. That has never been the case with Lois. Although my house is somebody else’s investment, Lois has always respected that it is also our home, and I deeply appreciate that. Repairs are always prompt, and enquiries are handled in a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve never had a property manager this approachable and pleasant to deal with. We had decided to take our house off the market due to a stressful time we had with another relestate agency but consider to commit to having another go...so put it out there we wanted to sell again we got hounded by agents but the one with the most persistents was Lois Jones we admired her persistence and her presentation. She stated she will get the most of buyer, communication will be open so we know what's going on etc...as soon as we signed the dotted line...the total opposite she works for the buyer not you, communication short blunt and makes you feel like an idiot, I was lucky she accidentally sent me the buyers email so for the last 2 weeks before going unconditional I was in contact with the buyer everyday, answering questions etc doing her job she didn't even know we were unconditional...open houses her punctuality my wife was showing people through as she was always late...all I can say is I sold in the end but it wasnt due to her negotiations, or her promised experience it was due to me taking $35000 under what we needed but the buyer was great and we where happy to move on...all I can say is take this advice if you decide to sign with Lois Jones Realestate you might as well sell it yourself...the whole process, the lack of communication etc it drove me nuts so good luck you have been warned.
