I should have read the reviews before entering this place. Not sure how they are still in business. The lady serving was lovely and it ended there. She sat me down to wait for a lady who could barely speak English. All I wanted was a manicure, no polish. I am not sure what i got. It started with my fingers in a bowl full of marbles and cold water, then she roughly pushed my cuticles back, then with her cuticle cutters she took a chunk of my skin off!!!! Ouch!!! It hurt and it had started bleeding and would not stop bleeding thats how deep she had got me. She pretty much said ‘oh’ and tried to cover it with a cotton ball and some solution. Next to straighten out her rough cuticle pushing, which scraped my nails, she used a filing machine, to file down the beds of my nails which made them rough. Added some cuticle oil, filed my nails, added some cream to my hands and done. Terrible! I understand it happens sometimes, but the vibe was terrible and non-caring, these ladies must hate their jobs and just do it for the money. What a waste of my money and time.Worst manicure i have ever had!So they take cash only, i paid $25 for that, is the cash only so they can forgo their liability to customers and deny seeing them if a case was brought forward. The government should really crack down on these businesses, are they even educated in their field?Seriously guys, where can a girl go for a nice manicure given with love and care these days? Not this place obviously!

Awful service. The lady who did my pedicure was talking the entire time and barely payed attention to my toe nails and the toe nails are of different size now. Very disappointed. Also, I asked the price before doing it and they said it’s $40 and charged $55.

We came and did SNS with tips and every nail is a deferent shape the SNS has been applied bumpy not good at all read the reviews before you come here and we also paid $65 for a really bad job

Got recommended by a friend to go here. Had my lashes done, whilst getting them done the tape was irritating my eyes as she had taped a bit more than she should’ve, didn’t say a word to me and left me for a good 10 minutes meanwhile she was doing someone else’s nails. my eyes were in pain and couldn’t take it anymore so i told another employee and while the lady doing the nails laughed it off and apologised. my eyes were bloodshot afterwards for a whole two days. lashes fell off one by one instantly, didn’t last a week before half of them were gone. went there the next day to ask if she can do anything and she said “it’s fine” and continued serving other customers. took good care of them yet they still fell out or some intertwined with eachother. it’s been 3 months now and theres still some stuck, cant get them off. Also very difficult to brush them, felt like brushing lashes with a huge amount of mascara on. incredibly painful to try and take them off!!! lost some lashes due to one single false lashes being stuck to multiple of my real lashes.never coming again.

I got my nails done here and they did a dreadful job. The lady doing my sns was talking the entire time and barely payed attention to my nails, I got a simple white sns with tips and it came out horrible with colour on the outside of my nails, each nail is a different size/ length and the nails are also clearly bumpy and were not cleaned up properly. I have been here before and got a French tip which they did an okay job with, although this time I was definitely disappointed seeing as how I have a big event coming up and I now have to get these nails I’ve payed for removed because of how bad they are.

Nails came out alright, not the best though. We specifically stated which type of nails and price before getting the nails done. As there was a sign saying they only accept cash, we took out just above the exact amount as we barely use cash and this would be all the cash we needed to pay.Upon payment, they charged more and didn't tell us throughout the appointment or even from the very beginning when we showed a photo of what we wanted, that it would be extra for the gems. It's like they just do whatever they want. Go somewhere else with honesty, quality and value for your money. This place is profit seeking in the wrong way. They are overpriced for what they are doing.

I had eyelash extensions done on Tuesday morning and they looked great initially! However that evening my eyelids started itching and they became swollen. On Wednesday I went back to the salon and had them removed, and I asked for my money back but they refused and also did not apologise, telling me I had an allergic reaction and it wasn’t their fault. I went to my doctor afterward who diagnosed an infection and now I’m on antibiotics. I just want to warn people so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I am very upset and think that they could at least have apologised and offered my money back.

I called this place to let them know that the shellac that I had done a week earlier had started chipping 4 days in and was not sealed properly. She told me to come in and she will have a look and if they are they will fix for me. So I drive down and she takes a look and said they will fix for me but I have to pay!!! I was not happy I have been doing my nails for many years at my regular nail salon but could not get there on the day, shellac should last approximately 14 days that’s what u pay for. A couple of chips are fine but to have almost all of them chipped within a week is not right definitely using thinners in their gels. She told me they have a THREE day guarantee which is wrong !!!! I was not happy at all this place is robbing people and the staff are extremely rude. She wanted to call security on me and I had my child with me. I did not threaten or try and hurt her I was rightfully angry that I had paid for a service with my hard earned money that was bodgy!!! Do not go to this unhygienic place as u will notice they don’t even sanitise their utensils and use same file on everyone.

Nails came out stunning however they did not last more than a few days and the way they came off was like nothing I’ve ever seen. It’s as if they crumbled off my fingers, almost dissolved. However they lasted for the function I went to and the service was really nice.
