I really appreciated being able to book online. Felt like a got a good deal as well. $100 cheaper than my last set of tires. Maybe the other place was just ripping me off. I dunno.

Spent the whole morning chasing round different tyre shops, having been turned away from another major retailer (despite having booked a week in advance??). Darren and the rest of his team were helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and fit me in on a busy Saturday for fitting and alignment on very short notice.Prices are also very competitive. 10/10, for what I needed today I have zero complaints.

I always go to places which have good reviews when I can, and I am glad I was able to this time. Beaurepaires Ferntree Gully provided me with excellent friendly customer service, quick and effective repair, all at a very reasonable price. I normally review exceptional businesses after a few days so I can be sure of the product or service before I commend them, and the only reason I was not able to was that after my tyre was fixed so quickly that day, after I went home, someone backed into my car while it was parked.

I have been using Bearepaires Fern Tree Gully for a long time. The service has always been top class and the workers extremely courteous and professional. Once, I ran into an ex student of mine who was working there. I was so proud of his professionalism. I have a very old car which is damaged on the outside and every time I have taken the car to Beaurepaires, I have been treated with the utmost courtesy. The work is always done professionally. They are people who know their work and care about their customers. All 4 tyres of my small car have been replaced in this workshop. A fantastic job done by Jajmieh H. A young and very polite guy did a very good job in workshop and pay attention to details. Tony - the manager - has a 7 STAR customer service and very friendly attitude. Plus the office is so clean and spotless. Good job, Thanks guys.
