Fabulous shopping experience, went into the shop Saturday 16/7/22The lovely assistant who attended to us was called Miki.She was knowledgeable with her products and extremely attentive to detail.We ended up purchasing 4 Samsonite large suit cases with 4 carry on case,and also a Samsonite backpack (backpack 30%off)The price was exceptional as Samsonite was on sale 40% reduced.All in all a fantastic shopping experience.Highly recommended for those in the market.

Nice store with very helpful and friendly staff. They sell mostly samosite and related brands, but gave great advice and helped us out a lot.

I was in store. Sydney international airport on 9 June 2019, 10.30 am.The Latino lady was extremely unhelpful and stuck up.I asked my question and because she was so unhelpful and her manner so cold.I had no interest and walked right out. Why would I entertain the thought to spend my money with that unwelcome attitude.Employ someone who wants to be there and who will give your business a good brand/reputation.
