the staff is so rude specially the asian lady she doesn’t listen, she doesn’t know costumer service and i need to go to other post office for assistance. if you want to have a good costumer service go to AusPost Clifton Hill instead.

Shipped some items off and requested it to be express posted, after checking with the staff again 2 days later they notified me that it was shipped normally, this is a massive inconvenience as it is Christmas time. The staff are incredibly rude which creates a unwelcoming environment (if you hate customer service that much maybe you should consider retirement). If you're needing to go to a post office I recommend traveling a little bit more to ensure that the service that you pay for is getting completed properly.

My most recent parcel was put in the locker for collection with 24/7 access which is a great idea and it was so easy to collect it at a time that was convenient for me, also no queues!

The ladies here working have been always great to me. I complain about the delivery workers. Last monday, I was home all day to receive my package, there was no ringing at all, and they just left slip that I have to go to post office to pick up. Last time I ordered, I received a text that I need to pick up from the post office, but there was not even a slip left nor any bell ringing. I end up having to travel to post office even though I organise to be home to receive delivery.

Have a been a few times with no issues. Went in for a WWCC and certified copy today, the person I had was friendly, helpful and did it all very quickly! I appreciated not having to make an appointment do the photos etc. like some places.They had a line out the door but it was super quick.
