Sainsbury Ssangyong

We just received the worst customer service from the service department at Sainsbury Dubbo. We purchased the car from them in April of this year and had a tow bar and wiring harness installed by them in June for a shocking $1,533.00. They installed the tow wiring harness wrong and we drove over 3 hours 1 way and had to stay overnight for them to work on it today. They have just informed us that they don't know what is wrong and they didn't fix it. Now they want us to drive another 3 hours home and to come back another time once they figure it out to have it fixed again. That's another 6+ hours drive time, having to stay overnight so that they can work on it again. The service manager said that he knows it's not acceptable but he can't do anything about it. I think that and the fact that their mechanics don't know what they are doing is incredibly shocking.They were also supposed to fix the fuel line recall item and said that they couldn't legally let us leave until it's done but then they didn't have the part in to fix it!!!

The chrome is peeling off two of my wheels on my 2019 SsangYong Rexton. I contacted SsangYong direct who informed me that I needed to take it to the dealer. I took my Rexton to the SsangYong dealer in Dubbo NSW. I informed them that I had an email from SsangYong and read it to him. The part I read was as SsangYong had written it You will need to have the dealer check out the wheels and they will send photos and a failure analysis to us for determination." His first response was
