Made multiple attempts to get information on 90-92 Sea Breeze Av, was told it was still on the market, said I wanted the sec 32 and would likely make an offer, never heard back from her. Now under contract. Poor real estate agent and clearly not advocating for her vendors.

Absolutely shocking! Enquired about a few properties, it took days for them to respond and only after we called multiple times a day, emailed and txt. Tried to put in an offer on a property, again, took ages to get a response! Then they just came back with No! No comments! I feel sorry for vendors who have no idea how they are acting whilst pretending to sell their properties.

Unethical and greedy. You can call every day, email everyday, leave hundreds of messages, even go to the office in business hours, but you will never get a response. The office appears to be closed 90% of the time. Even if you’ve made a genuine offer, they just don’t care. Yet they continue to take on more and more houses because they’re greedy. “We are being constantly harassed by Melbournians wanting to buy...” Ummmm correct me if I’m wrong - isn’t that what genuine real estate agents want?!? They make you feel like you should be grateful if they ever bother to actually talk to you. Saying you are sooooo busy and hence can’t ever get back to anyone is a pathetic excuse. It’s pretty simple really - get more staff or don’t take on as many properties. Warning to vendors - there are no probably many ppl dying to look at and make an offer on your property, but because these greedy mugs have taken on way more than they can handle, these serious buyers don’t even get a look in and you miss out on creating a bidding war and getting the best price for your property. Robyn and Co are not worried, due diligence is not part of their business,

Excellent customer service, Chris and Robyn were very helpful in finding our beach house in Golden Beach. They have excellent knowledge of the area and provide sound advice around any property.

Unfortunately my experience with this agent wasn't great- but partly (I'm told), because of the vendor she was working on behalf of. Vendor or not- it took days, sometimes over a week, to get a reply to a text, email or call. I just feel this is a case where a person has been in a job for too long and no longer cares for it. I put in an offer on a property in Paradise Beach, to proceed all the way to contracting amendments, then the vendor pulled out, took it off the market when I asked for certain standard documents. 6 Bondi St Paradise Beach- buyer beware.The vendor is fickle and tests the water to see what they can get for the property, then removes off the market. Happened several times. Once I finally DID get in contact with this agent, the conversation was upbeat and friendly to her credit. It's just completely unacceptable to wait up to 9 days for a return call or email during critical offer and contract stages to be told im just been hounded with melburnians trying to buy property'.I'm now pursuing legal action for expenses relating to the actions of vendor and agent. Stay clear."

Used this business for a holiday rental the beds were very average extremely thin foam mattress that you could feel the slats through apart from that house was nice very peacefull friendly possums and kangaroos and agent was kind. Reason for 1 star is have been waiting 11 months now to get deposit back. Have been waiting for deposit to give review but given up now happy to adjust review and add a dew stars if deposit is returned.

We recently purchased a home from Robyn Toogood Real Estate. We could not have received better advice or service. Robyn made what can be a very stressful event into an extremely happy exercise. Don't believe the other post on this site as it comes from a very unpleasant person (who also is the partner of another Estate Agent in town) funny about that!!!!!!!!!!.
