O'Brien® AutoGlass Morley

I went to O’Briens glass recently, and I was there for a windscreen chip repair.They called me about an hour later and said they cracked my windscreen. I went there to get it fixed and they made it worse This cost me an extra $200 I had to buy a new windscreen. they were rude and not helpful, even though they broke it please do not go to O’Briens glass.

I had the home call service the boys were fantastic very professional and nothing was a problem made us feel very important thanks again mate will definitely be back.

The team did a good job of replacing my windscreen. The young crew were great to deal with, but the young lady’s customer service was outstanding! Thanks guys!

Terrible service. DO NOT USE. Car left dirty, windshield sealant on trims and bulges of sealant left around windshield. Windshield washer not reconnected properly.

Drivers window smashed along Nullarbor and urgently needed to get it repaired in Perth before heading to Broome. Store manager Marco dropped everything to get this repaired. He called me 3 times with updates. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Called to enquire about a window for a customer, even though it was for a third party the gentleman was super helpful and answered the questions, and offered advice as well... customer service A1.

Had to make multiple formal complaints with head office before the issue caused by this branch were rectified. O'Brien should reconsider who they are having represent their business, name and reputation as the branch manager (Syana Sjafrie) here provided the worst customer service and was completely rude and hot headed (even hung up on me on the phone when I refused to enter a screaming match with her). I have told so many people about this encounter, including my insurance who I hope, stop recommending this company. The technicians themselves were friendly enough and I was glad to have been completely ignored by the branch manager upon my arrival to the branch because I was not mentally prepared to deal with her child like outbursts yet again. Steer clear from this branch if you like easy transactions and problems fixed the first time without escalation required.

After a mobile technician of theirs somehow ended up receiving the wrong booking time (despite me having booked it online) and turned up when I was out, he suggested visiting the Morley branch as they might be able to help get me in the same day. He was right. The staff were friendly, the chip was repaired and they even unexpectedly got the interior mirror unstuck from a too-low angle, which had been a problem since I first got the car. Job well done

Called Tuesday night got a booking for 10:30 Wednesday. Cameron called next morning to confirm booking and he served me when I arrived at their premises.Cameron was helpful and informative and did a great repair job, I can’t even see where the chip was. From arrival to driving out the door on my way home 30minutes.Great service, great job, happy to highly recommend
