Would have to be one of the best jewellery shops on the northern end of the coast.Staff are excellent with a fantastic knowledge of there stock, have shopped there for more than 20 odd years all really good.Drop in you won't be sorry.

Rude and arrogant customer service from some of the ladies. Also instead of 5 days (as they said) of sizing the ring down I waited for more than three weeks. Every time I needed to call them and ask where is my ring and they were just saying in few days. And after few days I was calling again, they were saying in few days..

Absolutely disgusting experience after my fiance' purchased my engagement ring from there no thanks to the very rude manager christie gobsmacked by how she treats her customers especially when they are distressed and pregnant. Only after your money very petty and selfish woman will make you pay for things you don't need to.. BEWARE. Left this store in tears called helensvale store and they fixed my problem without any excuses very good customer service at helensvale by their manager nothing like the manager at Australia fair. Not sure how she has any job in customer service. Disgusting......... will never step foot into that store as long as she works there........... yuck

I have a thing for watches and their store is the largest stockist of beautiful watches in the whole of Australia Fair. Really affordable for the quality they stock too. They are having a 50% sale on heaps of stuff atm til 10th July.The service by the young girls was fantastic even when they got real busy they didn't forget me and I was also offered a discount when I was umming and ahhing over an expensive watch (I ended up buying).Would definitely recommend over the other fancy larger jeweller's (they hardly have a large variety in styles and don't treat you as nice as Prouds do). Thanks guys I'll be back.

I received great customer service from Kanon Kaimuko, he helped me find the most perfect gold and diamond earrings and he was absolutely fantastic, so this 5 star review is for him. He was was incredibly helpful, polite, kind and very sweet. I can feel that he went above and beyond to try help customers, and he is genuine in trying to help people find the best jewellery for them and he is honestly great at what he does. I can not thank the manager Kristi enough!!The care she has for her customers is second to none, she went above and beyond for me. She couldn't be more helpful and helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring.She was born to be in customer service. Because of her I will only shop at Aus Fair Prouds from now on.
