We stopped here after being out on the 4wd tracks and sat outside in the beer garden and enjoyed the scenery. Food and service was fantastic. Really nice cozy country town pub.

We waited an hour for our food and the pumpkin soup was from a Campbells can, the kids meals were tiny and the soup was warm. Overall not very good wont go again.

What a truly fantastic country pub.Rooms were great, nicely renovated and super clean.Hosts Judy and Phil were so friendly and nice.Drinks were nice and cold and the food was very delicious.Close drive to bigger towns like Lithgow and Bathurst. And lots to look at driving around.

What a sensational country pub! The Owners Phil and Judy are amazing people, so friendly and welcoming. It was our second visit here, we were treated like family. The food is superb and the beers are ice cold. We sat and chatted to Phil and Judy for hours, so many laughs. We were so sad to go home! Keep up the great work team, we will be back again and again!

This is what you think of when you think of an old Aussie Pub! Beautiful building, a warm reception by the publican great beer in tap and fantastic pub style menu. We had a great meal in the beer garden with great service. I really enjoyed the visit and I aim for it to be one of many.

Very rude man answered the phone and hung up on my husband JUST BECAUSE he is calling from a UK number and said that he’s going to hang up on him coz of that!! What century do you live in?!!! People can use their uk number in Australia!! Just wow the audacity of some people!! lost our service before we even got there

One of the best pub feeds we have ever had! We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the beautiful beer garden and had up there with one of best chicken schnitzels I’ve had! Can’t wait to go back again soon

Great little country pub. Phil is a legend. Food is very good and beers are even better. Rydal XXX-Dry is delicious as well.
