They know there stuff great service rest assured your equipment is in the right hands.when it comes to repairs it's fixed how it should be. One of the mechanics has come from a car dealership who was highly recommended for his workmanship.

This store is always stocked to the MAX and Mick has fantastic knowledge of all the products in store. We have bought heaps of power equipment from these guys and if it burns fuel and is used in the garden they have it. Also a huge range of battery powered gear in store. LOVE this shop!

Hasn’t got the product and cannot deliver the service. It took him more than 8 weeks to fix a wip snip unsuccessfully. Most unreliable and untrustworthy business. Will never go anywhere near this business

Every time I come in to this store I’m met with hostility and combat. Blaming the customer and assuming they have done something wrong is not helpful for a simple warranty issue with the product they sold to us. I couldn’t help but feel so badly treated by this woman ready to pick a fight and unfortunately I argued things that didn’t matter to the problem at hand because I was so threatened by her attitude. Complaining won’t resolve the issue but be warned you won’t get friendly smiling service at Ballina Power Equipment but icy and angry service. If you want to feel like a valued customer go elsewhere.In response to the below comment:I was provided with information over what I had already explained to them in detail but it was in the form of being chastised over what I had most probably done wrong to make the batteries degrade like this. I was even told that high humidity levels are a cause of battery degradation!I explained that I worked with the same battery technology in my business and knew something about why these batteries had degraded to the point where the brushcutter lasts as little as 20 minutes on a charge, when it ran for over an hour when new. I admitted that the cooling may have been insufficient but at my own downfall because she jumped right on me as if I admitted I had done something wrong.The only degrading behavior was the customer service that was so defensive from the get go. The batteries have failed to maintain a useful runtime and to suggest it was my fault because I put the battery straight on the charger after using it is absurd! Cycling two batteries that way on a regular day of work on the farm is not unusual and I haven't had a problem with any other batteries used that way.I was never asked to leave, only told that the conversation was over so I tried to seek answers to why she was being so hostile but she was just dismissive and unaware of how her actions lead to an argument with her customer, something that should never happen but I can bet it happens often in that shop.The old guy next to me explaining how his trailer went under water in the floods and the way you just sneered at him, I should've been warned. I had over a dozen very pleasant interactions today all over town but you treated me like a scumbag. We would've spent so much more at your shop but I'm very happy that I chose to go elsewhere for all the other equipment we bought for the farm.

From walking in to explain the problem with my mower to pick up Mick was helpful and friendly. The price for repairs was great. The mower started first time today. I was very impressed. Would highly recommend.
