Communication has been poor ever since signing up.Items missing and substituted without any notification until the day. Warranty certificates and equipment instructions thrown away by installers.Pool blanket not delivered and not communicated why.Overall has not been a pleasant experience and quite stressful.Fantastic pool but we paid a premium for a premium product but not so premium service. I hope the guarantees live up to the hype.

We just had our pool installed by Barrier Reef Pools and we are very pleased with the end result. Everything was done exactly as expected and in a timely manner.

Barrier Reef Pools is a well-known name in Perth and a friend of mine suggested them to me.After a bit of research, we got the quotes from BRP but unfortunately never progressed further. A year later we did more hunting and decided to go with another pool company trying to save a bit of money. Well, we didn't really save anything and in fact lost a deposit.After we signed a contract with that other pool company they discovered a limestone 100mm from the top and as it required quite an expensive dig plus our access was very limited we tried to pull out of the contract and had no luck even after submitting a complaint to the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. Both us and the pool company were at fault but nevertheless we expected a bit more diligence from that pool company, but they showed their worst side during this process.A year later when wounds were healed, we went straight to Barrier Reef Pools, after discussing the complications with Barrier Reef they were upfront with what it may cost to us. After a bit of negotiations, we signed a contract and never looked back. The dig required a bigger digger to be brought over the roof and Barrier Reef took it upon themselves to arrange. After a dig was done (it took three solid days of rock breaking and wheel barrowing it all out) we came to the day we've been waiting for, for a few years. Pool was installed, paved and we finally could get a swim in it. During the whole process Barrier Reef guys were amazing and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good quality pool, good tradesmanship and peace of mind that it will be done as expected.

BRF Northside recently supplied and installed our swimming pool, they have great team and are excellent at their work, even though there is big issue with labour and Covid etc they managed to deliver our pool before time, the quality of workmanship is Excellent and we highly recommend them

I'd heard BRP is the premier brand in pools. Hadn't heard of them before but after doing some research decided to go with them and we sure are glad we did. Our pool was on time, on budget and installed within a week. Sure things cropped up, as can be reasonably expected with such a project, but it was all dealt with quickly and professionally. As they say 'you get what you pay for'. One of the best decisions we've made! Thanks BRP!

After doing a lot of research for our pool. Steve and the barrier reef team were fantastic from start to finish. No problems ran like a dream. Really happy with end result and all the tradies he recommended along the way. Thanks again for no headaches. Pool looks fantastic.

Sales process was easy and product selection was vast. Had a few issues post installation but were rectified. Email response quite slow however they do get back to you eventually.
