Her long career is evident in the work she does, and she always seems to know what the latest techniques are. In addition, she is a lovely person, who is always able to remember your conversations. Mel is super efficient, weaves magic with colours and has a real passion for making you look and feel your best. She is truly customer-focused; turning what you want into what will actually work with your hair type (so it looks AMAZING) and remembering whatever was happening for you the last time you were in. Mel's also beautiful with young children - she did all of my kids' first haircuts and they all love going back for trims. As a long-term customer, I can't recommend her highly enough!
