Slightly bizarre experience here with the customer service. Went in with my 5 year old and asked about clothes for her. Was told sure thing, and directed to a section with nothing anywhere near down to her size. She was standing right next to me, it would have been quite obvious to him that they didn't have anything in her size so why not just say that. Anyway, so then I tried looking at running shoes for her. Tried on a pair, and was asked what I thought. I said that I didn't like them because they didn't have enough ankle support. So rather than assisting us in finding another pair the fellow just kind of wandered off and disappeared. Next on the list was trail shoes for myself which they did have a good range of but after all that I didn't bother and went elsewhere.

Prices on pare with rebel, gotten a couple of specials there plus are willing to order in, great customer service, they put up with my kids ( 5 to 13) asking questions and looking at stuff. Plus if you can afford it,( I can't, but one day I will) but they have the best trampolines, plus they have one there in the shop to try out. Scooters pretty good price for the good ones. Kat

The Sales Assistant was fantastic, professional and really helpful. We got the perfect shoes for my Daughter and my Mum, parking was right at the front door and easily accessible. I have a feeling the Manager might have upset my Mum though. However the young Sales Assistants were wonderful.
