Fantastic service from Lucida Boutique. It was extremely easy to hire the dress I was after, with the dress posted straight away, and I really appreciated Angela's reassurance when Australia Post delayed the delivery. Luckily it arrived just in time and fit perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again from Lucida Boutique!

Such a convenient, friendly and comfortable experience - from searching online, to trying on in store, to wearing and then the easy returns process that takes care of cleaning as part of the rental cost. I love that this allows me to be more sustainable and not contribute to fast fashion and makes it so easy - plus having just had a baby and not fitting comfortably into my previous clothes, I don’t have to buy new things. Will be using this for every event going forward!! Thanks so much

Ange was so helpful, and went above and beyond - when the dress I had hired was slightly too small, she arrived with a range of dresses to choose from to take it's place. Never buying a designer dress again - when you can hire such beautiful ones right here in Ballarat - with an easy drop off afterwards, directly to the dry cleaners.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and helpful, lively dress selection, and affordable. The process was super easy, and I loved that all I had to do was drop the dress back, no cleaning or stress. So hassle free, couldn't recommend it more. I will be hiring all my dresses from Lucida Boutique for big events from now on!

Ange has such an incredible range of dresses at Lucida. She is super friendly, warm and helpful.I have just ordered my third outfit from Lucida, the whole process is very easy and saves you from purchasing a new dress for every occasion.
