I purchased a Groupon voucher for Microblading. I went to see her on 1st May. I found Danka a lovely lady whilst there, very chatty and explained everything well. Was disappointed that she told be to buy numbing cream but did not state which one and then when I got there told me I didn't buy the one that would numb the best so went through quite a painful experience. She had a photo of the other one and I wondered why she didn't sent this to me in the first place. I was happy with how it looked when I left. She told me some people feel they need a top up after 4 weeks so if I felt this to give her a call and there was a reduced price for the top up. I rang her after a couple of weeks as so disappointed it appeared to have all but faded and could barely see anything! She messaged me to say she would call me back and didn't. I chased her again and she still didn't answer my call. Then I received a message saying she is not working until September! I told her I was getting this done for my wedding in July. Now I am left in the lurch with pathetic eyebrows that cost me hard earned money and there is no after service care! I am so upset and angry to just be ignored and no call returned to explain. I am guessing it is because mine was a Groupon voucher so the cost was less than what she usually charges.

Danka is professional and knowledgeable. She took her time to make sure I was happy with the outline of where she would complete the micro stroke tattoos. She gave me the option of 5 different shades of brown to get the optimal colour for my skin and hair shade.I am so happy with the outcome.Thank you for a great experience
