I got my first time nails done from this salon. I had acrylic nails appointment yesterday and i asked the staff for specifically acrylic nails only. She was forcing me to instead chose shellac or sns (dipping powder) as it was $5 cheap. I clearly told her i want acrylics and she didn't listen to me at all. She did sns without asking me and didn't listen to any instructions at all. My friend recommended this salon but it was first and last time I visited this salon and for future visits I would never recommend this salon to anyone ever. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR BEHAVIOUR , ATTITUDE AND SPECIALLY SERVICES THEY PROVIDED ME !!!

the owners are very rude. i booked an appointment for 4 people at 4.30 and we started at 5 as the ladies were with other client. it took over 2 hours because the girl was taking other client even though we booked 2 weeks in advance. the nails were uneven, thick and bumpy not to mention their colour selection is ugly. plus the lady got glue all over my nails and kept insisting for me to do what she wanted. i showed a reference and all she said was no this will be nicer blah blah blahi .expected better. wouldt reccomend

Probably worst experience ever. I asked for simple natural nails instead they gave me an unatural weird shade of pink. First they filed my nails unsymmetrical, cut my SKIN and blood came out, then i had glue stuck on my skin, and nicely told them that my nail was uneven and the person handed me the nail filer to fix it myself it was really unreasonable im paying them to do my nails if i wanted to do it myself i would’ve and probably would have done it better. They also switched the person doing my nails during the middle of my appointment. Really disappointed and partially disgusted, waste of money.

At first it was good the way they did my nails i was happy then when i got home it broke out of nowhere. One of the nail finger. I paid $55 thinking it is going to last and not broke.

Don’t even wanna give one star.. the staff are rude, wouldn’t answer questions or confusions. Wouldn’t follow instructions. Don’t help their customers picking colours. We were asking for help and they would just make faces looking irritated that we didn’t know. Showing attitudes like if you wanna do it, then sit otherwise leave we don’t care. Did my nails for the first time in life but can still clearly see the nails aren’t done well and the customer service is soo poor. Would never recommend anyone.

The women there all talk Cambodian under their breath and basically they keep you waiting forever to do your nails and detest you coming back. They basically pick and choose who they wish to serve first!! Its the worst service I've ever experienced. Having my own business means I'm fully aware how clients should be treated to continue growing your business. I'm surprised if anyone would go back to this place!!

Very rough, two fingers left bleeding. No customer service or even basic eye contact, lady sat on her phone 20cm from my face while waiting for my nails to dry which was awkward. Nails looked ok, but were left with a rough texture instead of being smoothed off. Price was ok. Might have just caught them on a bad day but i didn't enjoy my experience at all.

They don’t even deserve the one star, firstly there’s a hair stuck in the gel, u didn’t realise it in store but when I got out and took a closer look I saw it, secondly the lady was very aggressive with the automatic file and rude when I asked her to redo some of the stuff she messed up, thirdly she rushed the nails and didn’t not do the right design I asked her to do, it was really sloppy. It was my first time there and honestly I came here because it was highly rated, but it’s all false ratings.
