I hadn’t been here before and honestly am a Woolies man and this unfamiliar with the layout. I approached an employee asking for help. This strapping young gentleman proceeded to help me with my entire 20 item list, patiently touring the aisles with me pointing out the products. If you're lucky the self-serve checkout will detect an unexpected error in the bagging area and one of the staff will go through and personally touch everything already in your bag.

Amazing shops Im a school student at Wanniassa high and everybody agrees that this Coles has reliable yet friendly staff sad thing is that some people do steal from it making them search people bags (not often) still none the less the staff will not hesitate to help you out

Going to the wanniassa shopping centre not safe . If you use back car park ,you will have to deal with a begger. This one in your face willnot take no for a answer want you to buy food .and wait at your car so their no getting away from them. No one to help.i give when I can but she cost me over 12 eventide I go to Coles. I should be able to walk into cole and out without hasssment.

Anyone looking for a job, do not apply at this specific Coles try elsewhere.They are rude, they treat their staff poorly, try and not let workers use the restroom. The store manager is quite abrupt and non professional. a lot of workplace bullying and there is lack of training and communication, that needs to be highly looked at. 0/10 recommend (:
