Terrell (T-Kid) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose a mattress and frame. He was very patient, answering my questions, and entertaining my two young, energetic daughters while I tested mattresses.I was very comfortable with the whole process and never felt pressured. I appreciated his insight and guidance as well as good humour. I came in because of the advertised sales and received an even better deal.I would highly recommend Terrell and Snooze Penrith and happily return.

These guys are absolutely amazing. We came in on Sunday afternoon after a few questions they realized we needed an urgent adjustable lift bed and mattress for our elderly grandmother. The team didn't use any cheap sale tactic to pressure us to purchase anything. In fact, they were extremely helpful and sympathetic to our situation. Kathleen and Ivan manage to place an urgent order and we meet T-Kid a few days later to confirm the order and delivery. A pleasant experience with good people who didn't take advantage of our urgent situation and still gave a really good price. 100% recommend the store and will purchase again! June 4th. Read below for whole story.Whole bed was delivered as advertised. Price reduction to account for the wall damage. Special delivery on a Sunday. I know they don’t do that normally do that. They stored the bed for me until I moved. Amazing customer service 10/10.May23Bed was delivered and accidentally a wall was damaged. The bed would not fit upstairs. They took it back and stored it.

My wife and I visited Snooze in Penrith recently to seek advice on an electric bed. I’ve had many many back surgeries and wanted to make sure we got the “right” bed to suit my needs. Sales person Kathleen approached us to assist. We explained our situation and she pointed out some potential suitable beds. She wasn’t pushy at all but was extremely professional and courteous. My wife and I settled on an electric bed that was one of the suggestions made by Kathleen and we love it. Kathleen’s friendliness, kind, helpful and beautiful nature made this decision and purchase extremely easy and satisfying. If you expect professionalism, support and excellent advice, seek out KATHLEEN, who in our opinion, is the best sales person we have ever come across. Will definitely be going back when next we need bedding advice or items.PS Kathleen requested the bed be delivered ASAP. The normal wait time is 3-4 weeks. We had the bed 1 week later (the delivery was extremely quick) and big thanks to Terrell and Lucas, for prompt, safe and friendly delivery and install. We walked into Snooze with no idea of what we wanted or what type of mattress we needed. Blake helped us through the entire process. He was not pushy or in our faces, he instead listened to our needs and concerns, provided thorough explanations and had an answer for every question we had. He had great customer service and was extremely knowledgeable. He made us enjoy mattress shopping instead of dreading it. Anyone who is struggling with mattress shopping or is unsure of the type of bed and mattress they should buy. They should attend the store at Penrith and ask for Blake. Blake is a great worker.

Such amazing customer service with Snooze Penrith. My husband bought some memory foam pillows that were on back and order and the staff were in contact immediately to advise of the delay. Once they arrived, Tom called and said that he would personally deliver our pillows instead of putting them in the post which would've taken an extra two weeks. What a life saver! Thank you Tom & the Snooze team!

I wish I could give more stars! This is a fantastic store. Very patient retail staff who listen very carefully to customer needs and match them with appropriate items at very reasonable prices. Fantastic delivery experience. My beautiful bed was delivered and fully installed and all the wrappings removed and taken away with such professionalism and cheer. The installers were very patient and kind. I plan to always buy beds and bed related products at this store.

T-Kid and W-Mum were lovely as we came back to purchase another wonderful mattress with a base this time (reference number 11270). Nothing was too much trouble and the service was both personable and professional. We did not hesitate to go back to the store after our last wonderful experience and we were treated with the same level of respect and consideration this time around. Cannot recommend highly enough.
