Kylieskrypczak is the best worker in nsw services she have plenty of knowledge to figure it out the matters. She hard worker and helps to treat mentally support. She need a hire post in the future to figure out and resolve the matters and listen common man issues.

Almost never physically go to Service NSW, all my experience is online and it always surprises me how prompt and efficient the service is.My experience today at the physical shop raises the question: Is it better to be super fast so that people like me don't fully understand what I need to do exactly and need to ask again or is it better to be slow and methodical and ensure the customer isn't rattled and fully understands the process required?

Pathetic. I drove 400 kilo-meters to do a test that was booked on the phone with Service NSW. When I got to the centre, apparently there was no test to sit. The lady who greeted me was taken a back by my haste in coming into the centre (little did she know that I had driven 400kms to the centre, hence the haste) and had no idea on how to respond to my query and was subsequently kicked out of the centre. Someone needs to take accountability for 1). Booking the wrong test or 2). The lady who serves customers needs to realise she is in a customer service job and therefore needs to respond appropriately to any kind of customer query, be that impatient customers or local customers coming in for their everyday service. Will never come back again.

Rebecca is absolutely easy to deal with, is polite, considerate and very helpful.

Worst staff I have ever seen, they do not know what they are doing and not giving the full information. I lost my Queensland full license because of them. One of the worst experience I have ever had, be careful when you walk in to the NSW service Albury.

Always met with a smile & I've always found all staff to be friendly & helpful. I've never waited more than a few minutes. Any issues I've had, I've received the advice I needed. I've found the service fantastic which makes a huge difference.

Good experience. I drove up from Melbourne Vic on a Friday to lodge a WWCC. Was in and out within the hr.Make sure you fill out the online application beforehand and have your ID ready.From memory there's 1P parking behind the building.

Very efficient woman greeted us and gave us all the info and the form we needed to transfer a car into our name. Waiting time wasn't too long. Good arrangements for Covid distancing. Pleasantly surprised!
