Surry Hills F45 is such a fun and encouraging place to workout!I have been coming along for 4 months and am hooked.The trainers at Surry Hills F45 are so friendly. They always welcome you with a big smile, remember personal details about your life and challenge/positively encourage you throughout all workouts.Because of these fabulous trainers and the friendships I’ve made with fellow customers, coming to F45 feels like a fun, safe and motivating place.The work-outs are exhilarating. I’ve seen more progress in my overall fitness and body, after just 4 months!! Than any other gym. I couldn’t recommend the place more.

The only style of group fitness class I have liked in a while. Trainers are all super friendly and are invested in making you feel welcome and part of the community. Trainers actively help to correct anti patterns to make sure you are training safely. A+!

I absolutely love Kris and the entire workout series! It’s been 2 weeks in and I can already see a difference in my body. Everyone is very friendly and kind, it makes you want to keep looking forward to workouts. I have in fact decided to do the challenge as well and have really positive hopes to come out of it!Keep going the way y’all are at team F45 Surry and Kris! xx

Joining the F45 Surry Hills has truly brought about a change in life. I've experienced many different branches, but I couldn't find the right one for me, and the F45 Surry Hills won my heart from the first day of the show. It is a place where all trainers and members cheer for each other with positive vibes and enjoy exercise. Clean facilities, a place where the right people are gathered, what else is needed? All trainners are genuinely care for all members and there are so many fun challenges too. I love this place, it's the best!!
