Addems Air Tools

Was helpful when inquiring about a part but when I asked if I could pick it up and pay cash, instead of having to order online and pay $15 postage for an item that weighs about 30 grams and is being delivered about 4km, didn't even get a response. Waiting 4 days for something I needed yesterday isn't great. A simple sorry we are online only wouldn't have gone astray. Won't be a repeat customer.EDIT**Thanks to Richard for his response and refund on shipping.

Countersing Punching for hardwood deck.Three weeks of pain with problems regarding countersinking some 2600 high dome head nails on my 60 square metre deck and trying hammer, then hammer and punch, then countersink punch then club hammer then club hammer and countersink punch and nearly breaking my hand 100 times. Was getting nowhere. Iron bark wood, heavy and hard.No chance.In desperation I jumped on the internet again and I finally came across Addems air tools and Richards video showing his use. It was a bit hard to find.Anyway, I called Addems Air tools and Richard walked me through how to use the b puller and said that he had countersunk some 30,000 nails on established hardwood decking across many decking projects with the B puller.I immediately ordered and it was delivered in 4 days.I then called the a pro floorer I knew , asking if he could advise what air compressor I should use for the BPuller. Guy then dropped around his spare $125 Ozito. Plugged it in and he went Wow. Much better than the air punch he had been using for years which was meant for dismantling pallets. The BPuller has a 4mm rod and comes out about 6mm, compared to 8mm diameter rod and a 20mm punch depth.5 hours later done and dusted. My floorer even offered to belt sand the deck in exchange for the Air tool. Done.....NOTE. YOU. MUST USE EYE PROTECTION AND EAR MUFFS. MANDATORY.Thx Richard and Addems and Basso BPuller.....
