Peter and the team have treated our investment properties in a professional manner. We have been with Peter for over 15 years. The team work with us and our tenants to get the the best out come for all parties. The team communicate regularly with us. They give us the bad news and the good news with no sugar coating.

Terrible communication and processes. They don't know their lefts from their rights.Avoid having your property managed with them or renting off them. Only managed to get our lease rented because I put in on FB, not effort of their own.

I occupied a rental property managed by Century 21 for 2 years, and have been moved out for several months. I have recently discovered that follow-up in regards to changing of tenancy was not undertaken, despite all the appropriate documentation having been lodged in a timely manner. This has resulted in issues with getting a bond refund.I have not received any communication about this, nor have I received an apology for their failure to submit the change of tenancy documents when they were lodged 6 months ago. Thoroughly disappointed by poor communication, failure to reply to emails and texts, and lack of continuity amongst property managers.My current property managers are excellent and responsive in contrast, which has led me to realise the extent of unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from Century 21.

I rented one unit from century21 for two years lease. They provided us excellent quality services with reasonable price. Thanks to all team members when I needed help, your all team always available with quick action to solve any issue or problem. Hey I can't remember her name but one agent was rude and the way she spoke to my ex wife when asking for a reference was disgusting. But I tell you Jackson and Tara were great. They try help if they can and im out of there. Was wondering how that process was going to be but it was a smooth transition.
