If I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware: as a business, it does not comply with consumer legislation. Be prepared to follow up with Fair Trading in your spare time. As well, the manager intimidated me to leave the store even though I was calmly working to resolve the issue.

This shop is usually a favourite of mine. What was difficult is a large amount of the product on display were quite flimsy and the prices were pretty unreasonable (I'm happy to pay a little more shopping local but a $40 item available online to being $80 in store is pretty un reasonable.)If you pop in I suggest doing a quick price search before making big purchases.

Big warehouse full of Christmas decorations large and small. Inflatables, trees, decorations, very good variety. see picsFriendly staff. Kids loved it

Spent a day putting lights up,turned them on and half dont work properly.2nd time ive been burnt by this store in 2 years...

I was unimpressed by the treatment whilst I returned a product today. I was gruffly taken to the storage area by the manager, where I was handed over to a nice employee who seems to have to deal with her bosses poor behaviour regularly. The manager said “here’s a return blah, blah, blah, do whatever.”The poor employee was very accomodating and listened well but said she couldn’t do any returns, only the owner who isn’t here. She called the owner, who then proceeded to talk over the top of me, tried to decline my return even though she hadn’t inspected it, then argued that the display was setup wrongly so therefore it shows the product as is…An inflatable display that doesn’t inflate properly each time it’s turned on won’t work for us when it’s on a roof. It’s not fit for purpose and we would like to return it.We were disappointed that she didn’t want to listen and was quick to dismiss us, quick to talk over the top of us and then threatened us that she would call the police if we didn’t leave the store. Even though I still wanted to resolve it, we were asked to leave without a resolution.Sadly, next step is Fair Trade unless they decide to contact us and resolve this issue.From what I’ve read on FB reviews they have declined a lot of returns, so Fair Trade will be busy.I feel sorry for the poor staff who work there under this management.

This is a great Christmas shop for the Illawarra & not having a place all up Sydney.
