From my experience I avoid this place like it has the plague.

Our local butcher , local meats,low food miles with great service.With the arrival of a rotisserie attachment for a Weber coal kettle to our house, I asked to the staff here about what to do and how to do it.Bam..answered on the spot... bring the rod/skewer in, give the day/date required, dietary restrictions( we are gluten and dairy free) , choice of meat and how many people.Collected and asked more questions ,more answers given!Well then we fed 12 people with a slow cooked lamb (over four and a bit hours) ,delicious! We only used a mix of garlic infused olive oil &lemon juice and salt as a baste. The staff know their stuff. Ask questions get answers eat well.

Ever time I go there I get great service..they even chop my meat..The meat is delishious. And obviously fresh as I don't react to additional sulphers..I actually travel to this butchers to buy their products

Went in today to pick up a marinated spit we ordered two days ago, got there at 3.30pm to pick it up after being told it would be ready by 12.30pm and they hadn’t done it yet. Said they could get it ready then but it hadn’t been marinated and we were starting to cook in half an hour we ordered early to have a fully marinated spit. Safe to say dinner is ruined. Really disappointed by our first visit here in the new Knox section and has put me off coming back.

Portahouse Steaks are extremely tough would definitely not recommend this shop for Portahouse steak waste of money.

How can you trust a butcher that can't even make good sausages. They were soggy by the time they had cooked due to the amount of fat in them. Don't charge gourmet prices for woolies grade products.

Fantastic service! It was great to have been able to talk to team member, and be able to do a special request for an item not usually in stock. Good prices and quality products. Keep up the good work everyone!

The service is good and the staff are friendly but the meat is always average quality, spoils quickly and is overpriced for what you get and how it tastes.
