Novia and the team did a fantastic job fitting out our new house with curtains and plantation shutters.Novia is great to deal with and her attention to detail is impeccable. She came onsite multiple times to get the details right and the process was very seamless. They also have a lot of quality options to choose from when it comes to curtains and sheers and Novia works with your budget. If you tell her your budget she will work out exactly what can be done within that.In addition to this the final install process is excellent. Peter and the team that comes for install takes their rubbish away, cleans up (vaccums) their mess, and ensure a quality finish. Compare this to a lot of tradies who came to our new house to install things they always left things in a mess and I had to clean up. So small things like taking your rubbish away and cleaning up behind you is huge for us.Overall our house looks great with the fittings and a few family and friends have already approached Novia for a quote for their house. Can't fault the quality of the roller blinds, sheer and blockout blinds I purchased. The installers were courteous and were very efficient! Highly recommend!
