Every experience at Luana’s salon is lovely. I regularly have colour treatments & cuts with Luana and my hair always feels so healthy for weeks afterwards. I particularly enjoyed Luana’s Shirodhara treatment - all the products she uses are beautiful and great quality and I felt so relaxed and refreshed.

Firstly, the prices on website are not accurate. Any treatment that requires a wash (which is pretty much anything - perm, colour etc), you get $30 added to the bill for the wash. Even though your treatment requires it! I found this totally unethical and feel that this should be clearly mentioned on the website if it’s not included in the pricing.Secondly, I went to get a natural, partial perm done and wanted curls that matched my natural ones. I came out with hardly a bland wave and contacted Luana straightaway to ask her to re-do the hair. I was heading overseas as was she so I offered to come in very early or late to accomodate her schedule. All I got offered was ‘mid-June’ (when she was back), even though I’d told her multiple times that I was also away for 2 months and needed my hair fixed before she/I left. As she didn’t have time, I then asked for a refund. She refused this so essentially she didn’t fix my hair or give me my money back. I ended up going to another salon who rescued my hair and just to demonstrate the difference between someone who knows what they’re doing and someone who doesn’t: Luana took ~1.5hrs to do my hair whilst the other (great) salon took 4hrs. That is how long proper perm takes.If you’re thinking of getting perm done, I would not recommend this place. I understand that sometimes hair doesn’t respond to treatment the way you want it to, but all that is required is to say ‘sorry, let me fix it’. Instead all I got was defensiveness, excuses and poor experience that cost me $170 (not $140 as mentioned on the website!).

I saw Luana for a hair colour and hair extensions before my wedding, and it’s honestly the best my hair has ever looked. The most natural and gorgeous head of hair! Paired with amazing results, Luana is an absolute angel; she’s friendly, warm and listens to what you want. Luana is a big believer in organic colour and products. The products speak for themselves. I would recommend Luana to anyone!

Luana is like a doctor for your hair. She's fantastic. I went in with a specific problem. She asked me all about my nutrition, blood tests, iron levels. She explained everything thoroughly. Then I let Luana cut my hair however she felt was best (I went in with an idea). I love my new haircut. I never thought I'd have a cut/style like this. It feels and looks so much healthier, I'm still so amazed. Plus, Luana is so personable, it's like getting your hair cut by a friend. I've recommended her to a number of people already, and will keep going back. Plus, Luana's prices are so reasonable for what you get, it's fantastic.

When I met Luana I knew Instantly that my experience would be so much more than just getting my hair done. Luana took such beautiful care to find the best colour for my skin, the organic colour has kept my hair healthier than it has ever been. Best blowdry I’ve ever had and most relaxing experience in a hair salon!

Luana is very professional and experienced in hairdressing, my hair was dry and frizzy and falling off too much just using Phillip Martins products has improved my hair and it’s worth it, the texture and the feeling of these products are magnificent Thank you Luana fir you great work always

She has a great approach to her work alongside using the best products Italy has to offer, and better yet - they're organic!The first appointment with Launa my hair was brittle, and I experienced hair loss due to a rather rough installation of extension. Luana does an incredible job of identifying your hair concerns and finding solutions that actually work. Unlike other salons, her products are natural, organic and free of chemicals. My hair has never been healthier! She has helped me thicken my hair through henna treatments and helped calm frizz with organic smoothing treatments.My partner has also been using the Philip Martin’s Dark Hydrating Wash shampoo that Luana recommended. It has done wonders for his dandruff. He had tried all of the pharmacy products and none of them worked. The organic ingredients in this product have eliminated his dandruff and made his hair so soft!

Luana is very kind and professional. She welcomed me in her salon, my goal was to hair color my hair with henna: she listened to my request and then provided some helpful tips on which color to use and how to take of my hair. She is very knowledgeable about hair treatments and she uses great products!The salon is very nice and easy to find!I would definitely recommend to someone that is looking to have a nice hair experience under the guidance of a professional!

Luana has magic hands for curly and wavy hair and she has been cutting my hair for 2 years now. Recently, I had my hair coloured with her and I just loved it. She uses organic products that makes the hair really soft and shiny as I do not usually see with other products. I'm super happy with the results and really recommend it.
