The most straightforward stress free interstate move. Thanks to the team at Northlakes Craig and Henny took great care when my truck arrived before me, provided excellent service with a focus on security was super easy and reassuring.

Craig and his team are awesome. Great rates, knowing your possessions are well secured, is peace of mind!

The place was good,it was so safe.The most nice is the person who assisted us who's name as Henny,she is so accommodating and a nice person.I highly recommend this to my friend and to other whom I know if they need a storage.

After a bad experience elsewhere, I was absolutely delighted with the service that Kennards North Lakes provided. Not only are they there on site on the public holiday to take my call but Henny and Craig went above and beyond to help with my very last minute booking and exceeded all my needs with kindness and generosity. Even helping me to transfer after a few days to a smaller and more suitable storage shed (saving me money!) Many of the other big names around don’t do pro rata fees where as Kennards northlakes do, this shows they care about their customers and are looking after them.Do not go anywhere else, Kennards North lakes is absolutely the right decision. I will be highly recommending their storage to my friends and family.

Staff have been extremely courteous and helpful over the last 4 or so years.I will recommend Kennards to anyone in the future.Henny has been particularly helpful in the final week of my contract and organising my refund.

I stored items with Kennards for 7 years. It was very easy to set up the unit initially, and the process to leave was even easier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Henny. She was always lovely to talk to and extremely helpful.If I ever need to use a storage unit again, I would definitely use Kennards.

Booked the hire truck - was double booked. When I received the truck it had not been refuelled nor was I given any details in event of emergency. Truck was definitely not road worthy, with violent shaking at 90kmhr+. Was told to only fill back up to where it was left for me.3 days later the business charged me for the next month of storage fees (even though we had vacated 3 days prior and was assured we would be refunded a few days). The charge on my card was not authorised and has left our new family with no money over the Christmas holidays. This business steals from young family's and tries to absolve themselves of any responsibility. Would not recommend, would not use again.

Visited both Kennards and another facility in the area. Am impressed by the cleanliness of the place. I like the fact that they only charge for the time you rent the space. No compulsory insurance. No admin or cleaning fee. 24-hour access. Safe secure space with no chicken wire at the top. Henny is very patient, helpful and personable. She got me over the line in deciding which one to go with. Service to me is everything.
