The Clean Focus team have been great to work with. They were really quick to arrange a time to look our building to give a quote for our cleaning needs. Dishonest service, be careful.Their hourly fee is higher than most other cleaning companies across NSW. This was not a deterrent as wanted to give them a chance/ reviews online are positive, albeit not many.They were quick to response. The issue is, the invoice sent after completion of the job, was not consistent with the estimate provided verbally. There was no reasonable basis upon which the total cost was based.Edit: You're calling me fake is NOT good customer service

I contacted Jordan after we needed some of our household items professionally cleaned. Jordan turned it around very quickly, booked and cleaned within a week to a high standard. On-time, great customer-service and our household items looked good as new. I would highly recommend Clean Focus.
