Extremely poor service!! DO NOT recommend!!Customer calls are ignored and technicians can't seem to resolve issues after multiple attempts.Spend your money elsewhere as Paul-Tec do not understand customer service once they have your money!! Avoid!!!!!

Don't recommend. Charged us for extra time which did not occur. The tech couldn't fix our problem and left after 20 mins. Happy to pay the call out fee but they added an additional 30 mins ($100) onto the invoice. They have ignored our calls and emails to amend the invoice. Not happy.

We’ve been with Paul-Tec for 9years using the motion/door alarm installed and back-to-base monitoring. We’re really happy with the system & alert service provided. After 8years the cost of the replacement base station battery was a bit pricy which you can’t do yourself (or at least our system was) & the motion sensors needed new batteries but I was able to do those myself & the helpful team gave me a few tips on how to do it. Great service from all the team from control to sales & techs.

Nobody wants to work with Dan & Mick. 20 employees have left because of them. Robert, are you delusional or you just don't want to see?

Amazing service! Kieran, a magician if you say the least, he went above and beyond to make sure a technician attended our urgent matter here at Collingwood Anytime Fitness in such short notice. Fast and efficient is an understatement from both Kieran and the technician.

Rejoined my security with Paul-Tech cause their service is better than my last provider here in NZ. Staff are helpful, always replies my emails.

I would like to thank Kieren Thaver at Paul-Tec for all his help in getting our front door access back up and running. The door being down meant no one was able to enter our business and Kieren's urgent attention and professional manor allowed us to be back open promptly.

I contacted Paul-Tec Security Group to discuss a possible issue with our alarm system. Kieren discussed the issue with me and promtley orgainseda technician to check out issue which was resolved.Kieren was verycurtiousand easy to talk .All good 10 out of 10.

Warning: do not deal with this company. I’ve many issues with them, ranging from alarm detector falling and breaking the same day it was installed. To, Paul Tec ringing me two weeks after install saying I haven’t paid invoice and I had paid day of install. To the installer cutting the phone cable on the main panel without my permission, so now I can’t have the system monitored. To, being told someone would call me back from this company about these issues and am waiting till this day for that call (months later).To, being told by the company that my Client service notes regarding installers work saying he didn’t replace batteries on detectors, which he did do. I should mention that one of the google reviews for this company was written by an employee - Chris Sinden.Bottom line is if you buy from this company, be prepared for many headaches.
