Seems like the business has changed hands but the ladies that were there were absolutely lovely! I don’t normally get my nails done but will definitely start as they are amazing, and the women doing my nails did the cutest flower art for me. Highly recommend.

Walked in to see if I could have a tidy up pedicure and manicure no polished and was responded to in a very abrupt rude manner by the male staff member. Made me feel terrible, I nearly cried, I left as I wouldn't want to sit through a service feeling uncomfortable.

Under new ownership. Old owner keeps saying it is closed. Chelsea and Rachel are both exceptional nail technicians and lovely young women. After 3 years of no nails, they have me coming back again due to the quality of their work

The shop has changed owners and now two beautiful girls own it.They are everything you need in a nail technician and have a chat with you while doing your nails. I am a regular now!

Very happy with my beautiful cute nails.I normally don’t like getting nails done but theses are beautiful and feel so light and natural . I love my gels and will be back .Thank you ladies

I don’t usually leave reviews for places but I am so impressed with the quality of service I received here this afternoon. Staff were so pleasant to deal with and my nails look absolutely stunning. I refuse to go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!!

I can't recommend this business enough. The new owners are amazing people and the work they do is second to none. After trying many nail salons, this is the only salon in Canberra that I will continue to go to. Thank you, ladies, for being so wonderful and for all of your hard work

me, my mother in law and her friend went in today to get a manicure with shellac, and two sets of sns with manicures. when we entered we were welcomed and were asked to sit down. once we picked our colours we told the man that works there and he was nice. when i changed my mind and wanted two different colours on my nails the lady looked at me and just spoke to me like i was stupid. she then started on both of mine and my mother in laws nails while another lady started on the shellac. me and my mil tried to initiate conversation and she not once spoke to us she just looked at us and went back to the nails. once the lady started to wipe and file my mil nails she tried to have a look at the length of her natural nails to see if she wanted tips and the lady demanded that she needs to put them back in immediately. she also had pieces of nails flying everywhere that went on me and my mil. she then went on to leave her nails in the acetone mixture for around 20 minutes. once my nails were complete she did my manicure after everything was done? i have never had that before which i find really odd. another lady finished my mil nails and she didn't even get a manicure. my mil friend also had black polish left all around her fingers. i paid for everything and once we had left i realised that i paid for a manicure that didn't even happen. i am highly dissatisfied in the service that we all received today and will NEVER be retuning. just remember we keep you in business and without customer you wouldn't have your salon. so maybe have a chat to your employees and let them know to not be so rude.

Staff have a great relationship with their customers... my sister and I come in all the time and we know staff by name and always have a chat when we get our services. Staff come into my place of work and always say a friendly hello to me. If we have anything happen to our nails soon after a manicure, they are more than happy to fix for free. (Remember, they can't fix a broken nail if you never told them it broke!!) Staff are friendly and the salon is very clean. Happy with the services they provide also!

I love this place, My and the girls always go above and beyond for me with the designs I show them (even if the designs have 10 colours) . They are always up for a laugh, never a dull moment in this salon. It’s the highlight of my fortnightI can’t recommend them enough!!
