I usually never post 1-star reviews but this time I would like to share my experience with this service".Had my last wheel alignment done with then in October last year and two issues had happened since then:1) Loose tie rod lock nut. The car was making a noise while steering and I took it to another mechanic who found the issue and got the nut tightened properly. Lucky that this did not get to be a more serious steering problem.2) Nearly ran into a very serious accident over the Easter weekend: was driving about 80km/h when the rear wheel has failed and only miracle saved us from flipping over or steering at the opposite traffic. Called RACV and their mechanic found out that four out of five wheel studs got snapped off and the wheel was sitting on the last fifth nut. He also inspected other wheels and found that all of them were loose!! This was the cause of the problem! Nobody else has touched the wheels after the alignment "service" was done here. Luckily

Today I had a some trouble with my front tyre and I was booked by Dean Strickland for next day. The experience and conversation was so positive and you felt so welcomed at the store. amazing customer service and so so kind!! Unexpectedly needed my tire replaced after a long day at work, called ahead and arrived 25 minutes before they were due to close which would be a headache for any other business. Matt had a look at all of them and advised me they were all on their way out and then ran me through my options, got the whole team out on my car and changed all of them in record time!! Genuinely so so grateful for their generosity and understanding and exemplary customer service from all the team so I can’t recommend enough!! Thanks so much guys!!

These guys are pretty good and wherever I live I find my BJT for tyres. This time around the service was so quick that we didn't even get the chance to finish lunch! I have to say I did find the price of the tyres was higher than what I found online for the same exact thing but I enjoy supporting the business and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Prior to my latest outback trip I went back to the blokes at bob jane hoppers for advice on the most suitable on/off road All Terrain tyres.We finally decided on the Continental AX6's. They havnt missed a beat after more than 10,000 ks with lots of offroad including birdsville track and finke pulling a 3 tonne van.The guys are always very welcoming, helpful in recommendations and usually can squeeze me in for urgent jobs.I could not recommend Dean and the team more highly.PS those tyres are dead quiet on the highway and steer precisely
