Thank you so much Brad and the team at F45 Eltham.Always motivating, energetic and passionate, but probably most importantly listen to you and understand you as an individual which is unique in this type of setting. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to train and make themselves better physically and mentally!

I recently attended a couple of classes at Eltham F45 while I was visiting the area and wish I could have stayed longer! What an awesome community they have got going here and the trainers are very attentive and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m near Eltham! Can’t recommend them enough - thanks for having me guys!
