No respect from Dr or reception.Everyone seems to think you have all the time in the world here and body language from Dr is rude and abrupt.Do not recommend.Nurses were lovley that's about all.

Customer service needs to be improved and my appointment was 14:20 but I am writing this review at 15:08 and still no calling I am not aure I can make it today when I asked how long I need to wait no answer or information, just doctor wouldCall you. Poor scheduling and customer service.

Turned up 10 minutes early to appointment then gave up after waiting 50 minutes with no end in sight. Couldn't they just message in advance if they knew they were running behind?

This place has no respect for people’s time and are an utter disappointment to say the least. They ask you to set aside an hour and also arrive early which is fine. But not being called MORE THAN AN HOUR after the actual appointment time despite arriving 10 minutes early, completing all the paperwork is a blatant joke. AVOID this place if you value your time and have other things to look after in the day.

Receptionist were very friendly, I enjoyed my conversation with them, wait as not to bad. Same as most clinics.I recommend coming here. The doctor was unreal.
