I ordered an original milk tea with light sweetness, unfortunately the tea was mostly bitter and lacked flavour. Customer service was friendly though.

Bought smilies face sponge cake thought it was cute sponge itself is a little dry but the butter cream in the middle makes it easy to eat.

Good place, just be sure to enunciate and check your receipt to confirm whats in your drink.Edit: depending on who you have serving you, they may or may not give you the 10% discount for bringing the sold fabric carry bag. It's usually the young one's who tell you it's been discontinued.2nd edit: monday free upsize doesn't include smoothies or the brown sugar series drinks.

These ladies were very helpful with my request to change up a cake they had. Was very yummy and so fresh. Definately recommend people to try out their deserts!!

My favourite bubble tea place ever! the drinks are wonderful and the service is too! I had built up quite the rapport with the employees from the time I used to work in Rockingham Centre and frequent the place on my lunch breaks. they remember my regular orders to the point that sometimes they'll say it before I even ask! I've also tried some of the cakes there and they're lovely too. I especially recommend the chiffon cakes, they're soft and fluffy and taste wonderful.

Super happy with how friendly the staff are here and how quick the service is! We always buy tea here everytime we visit the shopping centre. Love the flavours and will definitely be coming back! Good job!

Bought the green tea mini cake and loved it. Staff at this Rockingham branch was really helpful and friendly. Will go back.
