I know it's not the stores fault personally.. but, Not only have they raised their prices, they've shrunk their pizzas.And the last few times I've been in the shop to pick up pizza, a majority of the staff seem to want to chat and socialise and get in the way of the others workers that are trying to work and serve customers. Mainly the delivery and cooking crew that do this. The girl serving me was lovely but she had to ask way too many times and raise her voice over the chatterboxes just to get past them with my food order. Less chatting more working. It's what you're paid for.

I'd like to thank the store employee, think it was the manager but not sure (Indian sounding fella) for taking a gamble and doing a cash payment home delivery after 9pm. He said it was high risk that the person ordering wasn't going to pay but he would take the risk to serve me and take the $36 purchase cost out of his own wages if I was a dodgy orderer. I was really tired after working all day and really appreciate what he did for me. This man needs a medal for his service!

FREE PIZZA MARKETING TRAP- I just wanted 2 pizzas. One of those pizzas was supposed to be free AND I was being asked to pay $14.95 the other, a Hawaiian with extra hand and pineapple is what I ordered and paid for and some slices had no ham still! It was pathetically made. How you still can’t make aDecent pizza is beyond me. Then I had to buy pancakes I didn’t want because your app made me spend $15 Or more and they were absolutely swimming in butter it was just disgusting and I even said something to girl at counter and her reply was “oh that’s extra sauce “ well they shouldn’t have sauce on them to start with and I didn’t want to buy them and your free pizza ended up costing me $19.20 and It was NOT WORTH IT.FREE SHOULD MEAN FREEITS FALSE ADVERTISING

Terrible store. Stopped ordering from them because Dominos stopped offering good vegetarian options. Decided to give them another go when the impossible pizzas came out and had a good deal on.They gave us pizzas without the sauce that was supposed to be drizzled all over them (look up pictures of BBQ burger/Cheeseburger impossible pizzas). None of our pizzas had the sauce. They were bland as hell. So I called to let them know and hopefully get a replacement. The manager told me to sent him photos via his mobile number. So I did. Then he completely ghosted me - so he either gave me the wrong number or never intended to fix the problem.I used to work at Domino's. Have always ordered pizzas from Dominos. Now we go to the D'Bay Pizza Hut, everything is better.

Domino's ripped me off $37. I ordered online and there was a problem at their end. I was charged but no order was produced. I rang them and got told $ would be refunded to me. I asked to speak to the manager and got put on hold for 20 mins. A week later I rang the store and enquired about the problem and was again put on hold and then hung up on. I contacted their online customer feedback line and was told there was no record of the order and they wouldn't be able to refund the $37. I used to use Domino's every Thursday but never again. Nobody deserves the treatment I have received. I will get my pizza elsewhere.

Domino’s Pizza Deception Bay
I got a Loaded Pepperoni and it was definitely loaded!! The driver was also very nice and read the instructions I left perfectly. Bit slow but other than that it was great, would definitely recommend.
