A GREAT place with well trained staff very happy to help. Lovely products and I don’t say this lightly as I was in the industry for years with 3 independent beauty salons in Sydney. I’m a mature woman and love natural looking and easy to use products.

Awful treatment from the staff, literally had to go up to two girls who were chatting away and ask them if one of them could help me….then they gave me attitude as if I interrupted their gossip session on the work floor. Felt like a burden in the store, ended up leaving with nothing, won’t be coming back

The staff here are amazing! I believe i was served by a girl named Erin. She was honestly incredible. Super warm and welcoming energy, could tell she had no judgment at all to my lack of knowledge of makeup & was all round amazing. I was very anxious on the day i went in as makeup is super out of my comfort zone but she made me feel so at ease. She gave me loads of helpful tips and helped me find the right colors for my skin tone.I have now used the methods she taught me & the pallets she suggested and i finally liked my makeup for the first time in years! Very thankful for her help.Hope my positive feedback reaches her as she deserves to know she is amazing! ✨️Definitely impressed by Mecca!

I visit Mecca Maxima Pacific Fair a few times a year and every visit the staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on the wide world of makeup. The team member who helped me today was so patient helping me find the right product, never pressured me into making a decision or purchasing on the spot and offered sample pots so I could try over a few days and have peace of mind before purchasing. You won’t find me buying makeup/skincare anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience today. Shakira was very helpful & friendly. She helped us to get the right product. She showed us the variety of brands and give us time to decide to pick the right one.She was very patience. Also we found other staff member were very welcoming. One of the best place to buy the make up product.Highly recommend!

Such a lovely experience in store, a lady called Rhi helped me today and gave me some samples to try when I asked about recommendations for my skin as I’ve been having some troubles with finding products to help. She was so helpful and made sure I knew about the products and what would help me. Rhi was so educated about all the companies in store and how they could help. Highly recommend

I just want to give my compliments and gratitude to Amy (I hope I got the name correct!) at the Mecca Maxima store at Pacific Fair. I went in store yesterday for my Beauty Loop free makeup service and she was amazing. I honestly was expecting a quick 15 minute application, but I was there for 1 hour and she was so friendly, professional, took her time and the work she did was FLAWLESS. She constantly asked me if I wanted to change anything and showed me multiple things to pick from. She talked to me the whole time and made me feel as though I was just talking to one of my friends. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed. She even gave me a mini lesson on blending eyeshadow. Thank you again :)
