Ultra Tune Prahran
Gave my car for servicing today. Front lights were working before the service. After service, left side LED lights are not working. Asked the guys, they said casually sometimes the light won't work. Don't recommend this place for servicing.

Michael's customer service is superior. The Team at Ultra Tune Prahran are trustworthy professionals.Clear, concise and communicative. I knew exactly what was going to happen with the service of my car and the price was more than fair (I was actually surprised as I had been quoted much higher elsewhere).I cannot recommend these guys more.

Massive thank you to Peter and the team! They went above and beyond to fit our car in when I called to say it was making a sound and I didn’t feel safe to drive it. They looked it over and gave sound advice on what was needed going forward but without pressure and didn’t charge for their time as they wanted to make sure we were safe. Thank you! Would recommend.

The team at Ultra Tune Prahran have saved us on multiple occasions from starter motors to clutch plates. Great service, quick, honest and efficient. They have consistently exceeded our expectations and had our car back to us really quickly. Couldn't recommend these guys more highly.

Took my car in last minute due to a fault and despite me saying no rush to fix it they'd done the work within 1-2 days. They were honest about the cost versus reward of fixing a few underlying issues with the car (I own a cheap car) and I was happy with the price

Total professionals and very honest! I dropped in today with an engine light and a power loss issue on a Mercedes A200 - expecting bad news. These guys could have taken me to town - but it was fixed same day without an appointment, a low charge for the replacement sensor part and only half an hour labour! Half an hour! That's got to be the most honest quote I've seen from any service provider, let alone a mechanic. Will be back soon for a full service - thanks legends!

I cannot recommend the Prahran Ultratune team highly enough. I had a tyre pressure problem in the middle of removalists arriving at my home followed by a long drive from Melbourne to Sydney. Michael and his team could not have been more helpful or professional. They immediately inspected the tyres, fixed the issue and provided reassurance that my vehicle was safe to drive. Wonderful wonderful service - i cannot thank them enough.
