David did my makeup and hair for a photoshoot and it was stunning! Not only is he amazing at makeup but he is so lovely to chat with and makes the whole experience an amazing one! plus it lasted allll day, my hair was still perfect the next morning!

David is professional, skilled, as well as friendly and good fun. He did my hair and make up for a photoshoot and I was very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend him!!!

Couldn’t recommend more! Booked for hair and make-up for a photoshoot. David was so kind and interesting to talk to, made me feel relaxed & able to trust him to work his magic. Hair was amazing natural curls, and the make up was a soft glam. Never worn false eyelashes before but he made them look beautiful with the eye make-up he did. Wasn’t allowed to see my reflection during make-up application but I loved that because I had a reveal of a full transformation at the end! After the shoot I left the hair / make-up on as loved it so much and the look stayed the same all day even in the Melbourne heat. Overall, would give 5 stars!

I can’t even describe how amazing David is! He is super bubbly, funny and very talented. He did my make-up and hair for the photoshoot and it came out way better than I could’ve ever imagined! I looked like a living doll. Anytime I will need to get my makeup done in the future, I’m without a doubt going to him ❤️

I went to HEFbyDavid for my engagement look last year and had so many positive reactions that I booked him right away for my wedding day makeup/hair! David came with his lovely assistant to help me and my bridal party get ready. Every single person loved their hair and make up and David was super accomodating to those who had a specific vision in mind. My hair and makeup lasted through extreme winds and I still felt like a princess by the time my reception came around! Before my big day David took the time to have me in for a few bridal trials to ensure I loved my look, he went above and beyond to make sure my day wasn’t as stressful as it could’ve been. My family and I have now found our go-to hair and makeup artist!!Can’t thank you enough David! xx

David was a superstar! He had done my glam for my 23rd birthday celebration and he did not disappoint! Sitting on his chair felt more like a spa appointment more than hair and make up. He made me feel so at home and so excited for my celebration. He delivered my dream glam look and I even told him he was one of the few stylists that had a really light hand when doing my make up. Will definitely need his service again xx P.s. his products are really good for daily use too!

There should be 10 stars available for services delivered by David. Time flies as he enhances your natural beauty, and you sit there and it feels like having a chin wag with an old mate. His energy is warm and open, and his feather like touch is second to none. I never wear make up and am not good at sitting still, but even the tricky bits like curling my lashes were easy and comfortable. When he revealed my final look, I was genuinely stunned by the beauty that he brought forth. David, you are an artist and the face, the hair are your media. Thank you for making me feel ethereal.
